3. How to make payment?
All About Face Malaysia currently support the following payment options;

4. When will I receive my purchase?

5. How do I return an item?
We want you to absolutely love your purchases. If you’d like to return or exchange an item. But before returning an item, please check out our Returns and Refunds policy to make sure your item is eligible for return and once your return meets all the requirements and you wish to proceed with the return, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note : Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the time you notify us.
6. How can I check on the status of my order?
Please login into your All About Face Malaysia account and go to the tab ”My Order”. After we have posted out your item to our appointed 3rd Party Logistics, we will change your Order status from ”Paid" to ” Posted” together with tracking number for your tracking purpose.
7. Parcel Tracking
Our Official 3rd Party Logistics Service Partner : Poslaju National, Skynet Express and GDex Service. Every order status will be updated from ”Paid " to "Posted ” when our team posted out your parcel.

8. If I did not received my parcel after 14 days?
All information supplied to you will automatically updated in our online tracking and the tracking number will be provided. In any under circumstances, if your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery time, don't hesitate to contact your local postal services using the tracking number given. Alternatively, if you are unable to find your order, please feel free to contact our Manager In-Line at email@example.com with all necassary documents.
9. I Want Refund!
NOT satisfied with our products? Or you just simply do not like it? All About Face Malaysia provides the best after sales service in Malaysia where we will refund If only your return request meets all the requirements according to our Returns and Refunds policy. Our Customer Care will notify you and reimburse you with a refund via one of the following methods:
