Our Shipping Policy

Our company currently provides shipping to Malaysia & Singapore via normal post services (PosLaju, Singpost) and also Express Courier Services.

Free Delivery Promotions

As part of our launch promotion we are currently providing free delivery to below terms.

West Malaysia – Purchase more than RM50 in one single order

East Malaysia – Purchase more than RM120 in single order.

Your order will be delivered through PosLaju or Skynet or Gdex. The choice of courier provider will be determined by us.

During Promotional Periods

During peak periods, there would be some delay in shipping. Do bear with us as we could not fulfill next day delivery promise due to massive orders and transaction and availability issues.

Self-Collect

You can also pick up your purchase at All About Face Office. Our office is located in Publika, Kuala Lumpur. Please contact our Online Support 24/7 for further details.

Our Official 3rd Party Logistics Service Partner : Poslaju National, Skynet Express and GDex Service. Every order status will be updated from ”Paid " to "Posted ” when our team posted out your parcel.
