How do I return an item?
Before returning an item, kindly check our Return Policy to make sure your item is eligible for return. If your return meets all requirements, return can be initiated via email at firstname.lastname@example.org (recommended for a faster processing).

Note: You can ship your return item using any courier service and your courier fee will be reimbursed if is a valid return (Please refer to our Return Policy).
How long your Return Policy period cover my item?
Depending on the applied Return policy, you may return your item to us within 14 calendar days. Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp date on the return parcel.
What happens after I fill up the Online Returns Form?
Our Customer Service Agent will contact you shortly.
Kindly ensure that the item to be returned is returned with its original packaging, free gifts, tags, manuals or any item that came with it.
Ensure to cover this with a simple external packaging like plastic to avoid damage to the parcel while transportation.
For drop off option, kindle print Return Form into the securely packed parcel and drop it off to your nearest Post office.
Once your item is received in our warehouse, we will evaluate the product based on your return request and update you within 5 working days.
If your return is valid, we will notify you and reimburse you with a refund via one of the following methods: Store Credit, Bank transfer, Paypal refund, Credit/Debit Card reimbursement.
If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you.
What is the requirements for a valid return?
You have the original external packaging
Return reason has to be valid and returns acceptance conditions met (check out below)
NOTE: In the unlikely event that your return is invalid, our Customer Service will notify you before sending it back to you.
Can I return an item after 7/14 days upon receipt?
Your item cannot be returned after 14 calendar days for all items.
How long is the quality evaluation process?
Refund process only begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This quality evaluation process may last up to 5 business days. The refund is completed within a day, it may take 2- 14 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your local bank policies.
Does All About Face cover the shipment cost for returns?
Yes. Returning an item with All About Face is free of charge but you may have to make the cost payment with local courier service and it will be added into your refund payment.
Does All About Face offer replacement?
All About Face do offer replacement for the item(s) that valid under Returns and Refunds Policy.
